
Group One: Divide up forwards and defence. Coach shots puck into corner, around the net, mix it up. Defence and forwards race to puck. Once control by either team, send in last two players to support. Offence tries to score (teach two on puck one in front of net) and defence tries to move puck out (teach one in front, one digging out puck). Group Two: Practise shooting techniques while awaiting their turn. Rotate after two cycles.
