
Red Drill: Puck Battle A: Players line up as a faceoff. Players tap stiks 3 times and start the game. Each pair must battle and try to score on the others net. Game is over once goal is scored. Players need to stay inside the zone and avoid the other pairs. D: Either use goalies or coaches to protect the net. Blue Drill: Puck Control/Pass A: Players start behind the stick obstacle. On command, players stick handle through the obstacle and stop at the pylon. D: Control puck, pass to team mate across the ice. F: Skate around the pylon and then skate backwards to the boards. Once second player recieves the pass, complete the same drill moving forward.
Red Drill: Puck battle, ice awareness, stick handling and skating. Blue Drill: Stick handling, puck control, passing and backwards skating.
