
Using goalies or play post, set up nets in end of rink. F3 and F4 can go any where but F1 and F2 must stay behind their own net and can be used as passers. On the whistle 1 and 2 will take place of 3 and 4 and two new players will take over behind the net. If puck is lost outside zone, coach fires a new puck in.
Players move to get open and utilize passing in a smaller area.
