Blue Give N Go 2 A: Player skates through pylons working on edging and sharp turns. WHen finished recieves a pass from coach. Turn and skates with puck over the stick. D: Player passes to coach and skates towards the net. F. Coach returns the pass and player turns to score on the net. Red Defense Zone A: Players line up on one side, coahes on the other. Now coaches are tring to skate players to score. Players are trying to take the puck away from the coaches.
Blue: Passing, puck control, skating and shooting. Red: Ice awareness, defense, balance.
