Once at final pylon, player stops, looks at D: player and passes the puck. D: Once player receives the pass onside, skates towards the net sticking handling. F: Player shoots at the net and aims for the targets. Red Stick Handling Maze A: Players line up behind the pylons, on command players race through the course with puck. At pylons, players need to complete 360 and at sticks, need to stick handle through. F: once players done shoot at net aiming for targets. D: To get back to beginning players must skate backwards along the boards.
