
Blue player set the pace and moves around the top (upper cones) with the puck once he is around the end cones he atempts to drive to the net for a shot Red Player follows the blue player on the lower cones. The red player stays within a stick lenght from the blue player. Once they reach the outside cone they must protect the inside of the ice, attack just before the dnager zone
The blue player must power to the net, One quick power move to the far post of the net. Red player must stay to the center of the ice holding position.
