
Defence start with the puck in the neutral zone with a D to D pass. Defence pass the puck to one of the forwards. Forward all must touch the puck, once last forward touches to puck a shot is taken. Defence pick up a puck and regroup going the other direction this time.
Make sure players are moving at all times. Keep players spread out. Stay open, don't be afraid to recieve and give passes on your backhand. Add a coach to make the players think and change direction.
