
Player A begins the drill, skates down to the opposite net and shoots on goal. Make sure the player cleans up any rebound. Blue Player A skates fast to a puck at the side of the net and moves up ice, while Red Player D skates to the middle of the ice and moves up ice to recieve a pass. Blue Player D hits the red player for a break away. Red player D shoots on net and gets a loose puck at the side of the net ad Blue Player F skates to the middle of the ice for a pass. Drill will remain continuous.
Keep kids focus and ready to make hard passes. Players should be calling for the passes. Game like speed and make sure that player clean up any quick rebound, just like in a game.
