Lay down on ice, coach dumps puck in they race to get it and try and score Drill C - player banks puck off boards past pillon goes in and scores
Dril A- Concentrate on staying onside, good passes and deaking DrillB- Concentrate on quick feet and being strong on the puck Drill C- Concentrate on good hard bang off boards and hard shot
