Red Drill: Players skates around pylons using proper edging techniques. Keep turns tight and agressive. Jump over the sticks with both feet. A. Receive a pass from coach and skate around last cone, make sure to stick handle not push the puck. D. Shoot on net and skate to last station and complete a full stop. Try to cover pylon in snow. F. Skate backwards to the end and redo course.
