The yellow listening area is a key coaching tool that I will use throughout the duration of my coaching when working with young children. It is an area inside the safety area that allows me to talk to the children and discuss with them the topic and learning objectives for the session. it is a n open area where anyone can talk but they must put their hands up ad respect one another. Here I will ask the (P) what they think balance is, and how we can use is in gymanstics. Why is having good balance important? Which body parts can we balance on? (answer is all of them) try not to spend too long on this section as the (P) will loose concentration quickly and that is when behaviours begin to become a problem.
