
Dont drop the ball: Everyone stands in a big circle The ball is thrown up in the air and has to stay in the air - it cant touch the ground The person that lets it touch the ground has to do 10 star jumps and then the game carries on Play for about 10-15mins - get them warmed up Have a dodgeball size ball if possible Make the circle smaller if they find it too hard Change up action they have to do - could add burpees, sit ups, press ups etc
