The number game - run around - shout a number - they have to get into groups with that amount - eg if you shout 2, they have to get into pairs Once they have played this for a few rounds, end on 2 so they are in pairs - now they have to create 2 separate lines - each person facing eachother at either sides of the room They then have to perform different moves to the other person, high 5 them and run back - 1. Run 2. Jump 3. Side steps 4. Tip toes 5. Heel raises 6. Forward rolls - depending on age of the group, can just get them to run around and then go straight into the drill - dependent on their ability, can alter the drills in the lines to suit their needs
