Set up circle with cones (a reasonably big circle to give space to run). Have about 5 kids at each circle (ideally each with a ball). When coach shouts go, everyone runs in same direction, jab/roll lifts ball, takes four steps, drops the ball and keeps running and repeats with the next ball in front of them. When coach shouts change direction, kids do the same in the opposite direction (anyone that fails to change direction does a press up) When coach shouts "on the ground", kids lie facing down flat on the ground with arms in front of them. When coach shouts "up", they get up as quickly as possible and continue on.
Mix it up as often as possible with changes of direction and down and up off the ground to keep kids engaged.
