Paul Crinion Coach, Northern Ireland

DESCRIPTION

Place 3 cones in a diagonal line, about 5m apart. 10-15m away from the last cone, place some targets at ground level in a tight group. Starting at the first cone, solo straight ahead. As you pass the second cone, cut sharply inside and pass the third cone. Finish with a hard, low shot, trying to hit the targets. Repeat drill on opposite side - this is important to ensure both feet are used equally. Repeat, keeping score, until a target has been hit 10 times with both feet.

COACHING POINTS
