
Assuming there are groups of 8 or 10 Firtly get them to set up accross from each other. Get them to practice the handpass for 2 minutes After that you get them to stand on a cone. You will need two stations side by side The aim is to get the ball around the square as quickly as possible. First team to get the ball back wins. After a while put one guy in the middle. The other three can move between cones with the guy in the middle trying to intercept the ball. Aim should be to get 5 passes together. If the guy in the middle gets the ball before they reach 5 he is the winner.
Ball should not be thrown up too high. It should be a throwing motion with the hand following through after connecting with the ball Aim should be for the ball to connect with the hand at the point where the fingers meet the palm
