
Teams of 4-6 - each team has a player in the coned endzone. The ball is in play from the opposing teams end zone. The aim is to fist pass and catch to the opposite end, and pass it to your player in the zone to score 3 points. If a team drops the ball you can impose a point penalty. No more than 4 steps allowed. The person who passes to the player in the zone replaces him.
Helps promote your passing drills in a pressure environment. Promotes movement from both the player with the ball and without it. Helps with ABC, passing and catching on the move. Focus on technique and teamwork.
