
The purpose of this is to get the kids striking off their weak side. You have a goal set up with kids either side of it. They are playing together. The purpose is to see which two players score the most goals. Depending on the strength of the group you will change the rules. If it is a strong group then a score would be hitting the ball off their weak side through the goal and it clearing the end line on the other side of the grid. If it is a weaker group you will give them the score just for hitting it through the goal. Turn it into a competition to increase intensity
Similar to striking off the strong side make sure kids are doing the following Not swinging too quick throwing the ball out keeping their eye on the ball feet in line with the target
