
Solo out to first cone and hand pass to team mate. When ball comes back to first player he solos to second cone and kicks back. the winner is when they have finished at both cones.
Mix it up, they can solo back from the second cone also and give a hand pass. The stronger groups should be encouraged to use weaker foot and hand. Again focus on technique.
