Break the group into their teams. Final part of the warm up is governed by ability. There are two options. Target Practice or Passing on the Move. The cones are a starting point only. Player runs off the first cone toward the middle of the opposite two cones. Player two times his run to collect in the middle of the cones and hand passes to player 3. Continue in a clockwise motion.
This will help the lads with timing thier runs. ensure they are calling for the ball. Ensure they don't go too early as they will have to check their run. They never receive the ball on the cone. Build up the pace as they improve.
