The red player is carrying out all of the tackling. Blue player solos out towards opposite cone. Red player shadows the blue and gets his inside across the man to dispossoess him. Red player continues around the square tackling each of the three forwards. Change the defender.
Make sure they tackle with the inside hand. Get the lads to gauge when the forward is about to solo and then put the hand in to flick the ball away. Do not leave the hand in.
