Community | Roll lift and jab lift

George Frisby Coach, Ireland

DESCRIPTION

Firstly get two players behind each of the cones. Initially have the two balls at A. Get the kids to come out one at a time practicing the roll lift. Turn it into a game by getting the first player to run to the first cone and roll lift. Once he has done the first roll lift the second player starts chasing him. The first player carries out the roll lift at "A", "D" and "A" again. the chaser will do the same thing trying to catch the first player before he gets back to the line. Do the same again for the jab lift
