
- Set up as in diaram - Each team has a ball - One player from each team standes facing the rest of their team who are standing one behind the other - The player facing theie team passes to the first player who handpasses back and them kneels down - The ball is hand passed over the top players head to player 2 who returns the pass and kneels down - This continues until each player in the line gets a pass - The player who was facing their team then goes to the end of the line and the player who was first in the line replaces them and faces their team - Continue until each player has been at the top
- The hand pass is a tick tock motion - Eyes on the ball looking accross it to see the target - Aim for the chest area - Lead with the holding hand, aplm up, out and the standing foot planted with toes pointing to the target - The striking hand can be open or closed (close pass is open hand & closed fist is passes further away - The striking hand should finish up pointing in the direction of the target with a follow through
