Community | Footwork 1 - High-Knee Ladder

DESCRIPTION

Setup: Place 2 cones 25-30 yards apart. Extend the agility ladder (7-10 spaces) in line with the cones with the start ~5 yards from the starting cone. Two players at the starting cone, one player at the other. Drill: The first player begins with a dash to the ladder, traverses the ladder with one foot in each opening and maintaining a ‘high-knee’ running profile throughout. Immediately upon exiting the ladder they receive an inbound pass from the far cone. The passer rotates to the start and the receiver becomes the passer.
