Community | Fill The Bin (Target Game - Camoige Brick Flick)

Judes 2011 Girls Coach, Ireland

DESCRIPTION

Put a ring of Orange cones around a pop up bin, 1 meter radius away. Put a ring of Yellow cones around each bin, 2 meters radius away. Get the Red As to surround the bin and make sure they stay outside the Orange cones to start. Give every child 5 tennis balls. On the whistle it's a race to see who can flick their 5 tennis balls into the bin first. Players can run and grab any ball that doesn't land in the bin but they must go back outside the orange cones before attemping to flick it in. Stop the game whenever the first person flicks their balls in and tell everyone to get their 5 balls back. Everyone stays outside where they were except for the player who won the last game, they now go outside the yellow cones and must flick their balls in from there. Repeat until all players are proficient with the Brick flick, help those most in need with their technique.
