Two goals making a very tight pitch. The players are only allowed shoot inside the small semi circle at the goal. 3 vs 3 with no goal keeper. One hop, one solo. Goals only. First to three is the winner and winner stays on.
Tell the lads to bury ball. No shooting from your own goal line. Make sure we have plenty of footballs and bibs at the station. Normal rules, sidelines etc. apply. No 45's
