
Red players are attackers, blue are defenders. Both start on the same black cone. Defenders run to the blue cone and turn sharp towards their own goal. Attackers run to red cone and turn towards goal. Blues must defend the goal, reds must try to beat defender and score a goal. Alternate each time.
Attackers work on throwing a dummy to beat the defender. Defenders work on foot work and trying to push the attacker away from goal. Timing of the tackle is vital.
