
Groups of 6 or 8 Blue player on right hand side starts with the ball and passes to blue player on top left The red players are defenders, only minimal effort defending initially, just give the forward something to think abot rather then winning the ball Blue player on top left then passes to blue player at the bottom of the screen. for the next 6 to 12 passes , the blues can pass to whichever other blue player is in the best position. change blue to denders after 12 or so passes, reds now attacking encourage forwrads to try different passes, punt , inside and outside of foot and also every second kick with alternate feet enccourage forwrads give plenty of movement and point to where they want the ball ask the forwards to pass into the space that is furthest away from the defender there should be constant movement diveide group into 6 or 8 and use the full pitch , encourage each group to move all over pitch
concentrate on technique concentarte on gettin a clean strike communication , verbal or gestures come to the ball , dont wait for it to increase intensity , ask defenders to commit fully to trying to win the ball
