The ball is on the ground in between two players. The coach will call instructions, i.e. head, shoulders knees etc. The players follow the instructions with both hands. When the coach calls ball, both players will go for the ball. The player that picks the ball up will turn and run for the cones behind him. The other player will chase and try to dispossoess him using the insde hand tackle.
Player with the ball must use skills of the game i.e. one hop one solo. The player chasing must use his inside hand to tackle. No pulling, no dragging. If the player with the ball gets to the cone it is a point to him, if the defender dispossess him, the defender gets the point. Reset and go again, it is the first to five.
