year 3 team.....subbing players

so we have five on at a time-&3-4 subs....any easy plans to rotate players positions and sub the sidelined girls?I am a boy so be specific...lolI manage the team.CheersC

i would rotate 1-2 players to stay home so that you only have max of 2 subs each week. that way everyone will get 3/4 of a game every week. and one week at home every 5ish.
