Obstruction query-3ft as long as opponent has the ball?
If a player has the ball is it ok for an opponent to be less than 3ft from them if their hands are down ( not marking the ball). The opponent is facing them but not extending their hands in any way.
Hi Julia,
This question has already been asked, and it was given a good answer! Take a look at it here: Netball answer for Obstruction.
Hope that helps!
