How to fairly rotate a team of ten players

I have a team of ten players I want the best way to rotate them fairly over a 14 week game schedule.

I rotate players by attack & defence. I rotate Attack in all positions circular, same as defence. I do this two games to let players do all positions then rotate the two over for two weeks. Then i find all players have played all positions in four games thats what i have done with 9 players. Then you will see whom is best in attack & defence. It makes the parents see it too. Good luck!
