I'm looking for specific drill (attack & defense) for the Centre position. This is what I play and need all the skills to tactically assist my game.
try lead and follow drills as they help with finding space and opening up the court.
also drills on preliminary moves are good as they assist on getting away from your player and driving towards the ball.
figure of eight drills are good for reading play and intercepting.
and do drills where you go from being beside your player (who has just received a pass) and then quickly get your 3ft and defend the pass with one hand over the ball, and the other (either the left or right depending on what side she is trying to pass) blocking the pass to the side.
hope that gives you some ideas.
