Passing strength for 11yo
Need ideas to build strength in passes for 11yo
I always get my players to get to a wall and practise as often as possible. They need to do a firm and well placed pass for it to come straight back to them. If they don`t pass hard enough it falls away as it returns and they have to drop down to try to catch it. Similarly, if they don`t hit the right spot especially with a should pass, it shoots off and they will have to retrieve it. I used to do first to 10 passes without a drop. If they drop it they start again. They love the competition. Good luck
