3)Count number of passes.
Spread fingers around centre of ball. Arms relaxed. Elbows slightly bent. Pass ball and swing hands across body. Look at target. Release ball with flick of wrists and fingers.
To catch ball:
Make a target. Fingers up.
Swap players so that each passes off both left and right hands.
