Moving Spider, Zone defence Netball

Description

In pairs. 1 ball.

Feeder feeds ball to Blue 1 short, wide and high.

Blue 1 must move to the ball as early as possible.

Coaching Points

Keep on your toes so can react to where the ball is positioned
bring the ball in to your chest as soon as you catch it - aggression
