Netball Conditioning - Performing when tired
Are your players fighting fit? Test their ability to shoot and pass when they're physically tired!
To practice running off the ball players work in pairs, with 1 ball between 2.
The stipulation for this drill is that one player can only pass square whereas the other one can only straight forward.
After each pass the player has to run across to the next cone to be able to receive the next ball and continue the movement.
Look for good fast driving movement, with players eager and ready to receive the pass.
After players reach the end they should jog back to the start and swap roles (one player passes forward and the other square).
