Description
Players line up as shown. The ball is pushed out to the stopper at the top of the circle. They then move the ball to Blue five on the left slip. The ball is then passed to blue 6 who has run into the penalty spot, he / she then deflects the ball back for blue player 4 to run in and lift the ball over the goalkeeper.
Coaching Points
- Make sure that the striker does a convincing dummy to draw in the runners.
- When Blue 6 runs in make sure they deflect the ball back towards Blue 4.
