
1. The attackers run out from either side of the goal post to their corresponding cones. 2. The feeder passes to either attacker. 3. Whichever attacker doesn't receive the ball, runs to the top of the goal circle. 4. The attacker who did receive the ball, pivots and passes to the other attacker.
Start the defenders at the top of the goal circle. You can add shooters into the drill. The attacker at the top of the goal circle can then pass it in to GA or GS. Focus's on leading, getting infront of the defender, passing and decision making.
