
1.Side step from left of baseline all the way to the other side. 2. Leg raises as they go through the ladder. 3. x10 star jumps 4. Side step from left to right to opposite side of court 5. Individual skipping x10 6. Side step with raised legs through all hurdles 7. From the marker, run forward ready to receive a pass from the thrower. Stop (checking foot work) and return pass to thrower and continue to next work station. 8. Pick up medicine ball (2kg) and lift x5 times from waist to chest. 9. Learn to side step through the cones and then run to the far left side of baseline. 10. Jog back to beginning Repeat exercise x5 times per player Observe all players and their commitment to complete the drill, also monitoring footwork.
