
Players move through the agility circuit, focusing on keeping their eyes up and fast feet movements. Circuit mirrored on each side. 1. Jog up to ladder. 2. Fast feet through ladder (1 of 3 options). 3. Sprint to transverse line. 4. Side step facing ahead towards middle channel. 5. High 10 with partner (player moving through opposite side of circuit). 6. Sprint to Centre circle. 7. Clearing lead back to corner of centre third (still facing ahead). 8. Hurdles - long strides over hurdles. 9. Drive down towards pocket, past cone then front cut (pretend cone is your defender) and drive onto top of the circle. 10. Clearing side step into corner pocket. 11. Player on left side picks up ball and swings to opposite pocket to partner. 12. Partner returns ball. NB. Player places ball back down then jogs back to start. Complete through 4 times each, switching sides.
