
Similar to the warm up and first few drills, the players should line up in fours and jog out at a low intensity, performing different stretches after every they have completed the light jog through the cones. They should complete; hamstring stretch, quad stretch, tricep and arm across body stretch, groi stretch and calf stretches.
Good form for each stretch should be maintained in order to maximise the effects and reduce risk of injury.
