DESCRIPTION

- Start with a 2 lap run of the turf, come back and stretch, starting with toes/ankles/calves/quads/core/shoulders/arm/neck - Shuttles: high knees to first line and run back, butt flicks to first line and run back, lunges to first line and run back, grapevine to first line and run back, sprint to end of court and walk back. Repeat twice - Pair up and do ball skills as following diagram shows;
