Warm up: Passing drill – how many passes before intercepting the ball (2 in the middle) Jog Standing in a big circle: Knee out to the side and then bringing it back in to the body, leg swings in front and down, alternative lifting of the legs with knees pointing outwards, kick leg backwards and touch with opposite hand, hamstring stretch, stride outs
