
shooting practice shooting stance-feet shoulder width apart, feet and hips facing net, ball on finger pads(supported), bend knees. flex and extend elbow while pushing through with knees in pairs check stance in small groups try using net use 4 spots and get players all to start at spot one if they get it in move to spot two etc under 11 use lowered net. under 12 full height check stance and aim during practice, keep balanced. praise all attempts if no goals scored move on if they hit the ring
