White team start with a ball each. Sitting on the ground with legs out in front, back straight and their main shooting arm up straight, with ball resting on the tips of their fingers. Players flick the ball straight up and try to catch it again. Players in Black team gather the ball if the ball is not caught. Have them do 10 and then swap.
To make sure arm is up straight with elbow next to ear. Elbow, wrist and feet would all be facing the ring when shooting. Make sure ball is coming off finger tips and not off a flat palm.
