
Working in pairs, with 4 disc's per group, anywhere on court. Front player always moves to a new disc first, with back player reacting and then moving to a new disc themselves. Have groups do 3 sets of 10 reps, players need to get faster with each set.
Make sure players don't just go around in a circle that they move in different directions each time.
