
Pairs work simultaneously. GS starts beside the post, and leads out to the corner to receive a pass from C. Passes the ball back before skirting the inside of the circle, touches the ball, then leads in to the ring for a lob pass from C. GA and WA complete the same drill on the left half of the circle simultaneously, but do not commence drill until GS leads in for lob the first time i.e. one in one out.
Teaches shooters to utilise full circle, to lead out then back in. Also teaches them to become more aware of where their shooting partner is.
