
Start with the ball with the C player and work down diagonally through the attcking player untill you reach GS. At this stage the ball is passed forwards and worked back through the defensive players. This will allow the team to get a good idea of how the players they work with the most pass.
Ensure correct technique including stepping into pass and holding hands up ready for the next pass. Game can be modified either with different passes or the addition of an extra ball
