Get into groups of 4. 3 people start off with the ball and 1 person stands a meter away from the person in the middle who has the ball. The three people with the ball have the ball at there chest and at random points they put the ball out in front of them and the person without the ball has to hit the ball, if they do not get the ball within two seconds the feeder will drop the ball and the worker will have to get it before it bounces more that once. Do this for 30 seconds then swap with one of the feeders who hasn`t done it yet.
